What screams trust like getting a blind tattoo?

BLIND TATTOO AGREEMENT

The blind tattoo service that I offer is a completely trust based experience.

This service is NOT appropriate if you need to know exactly what your tattoo will look like before receiving it.

As the client, you are forfeiting the option to see, preview, approve, or request changes to your tattoo design before or during the appointment. The finished tattoo will only be revealed once the tattoo is complete.

I will create the tattoo based on the information that you provide to me, my artistic style, and my own creative judgment.

Blind tattoos will be created in black and grey only. I'm currently moving away from color tattooing, so color will not be incorporated into the blind tattoo designs. I will default to my current illustrative blackwork style unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

If you feel that you may potentially be unhappy with a tattoo you haven't seen beforehand, this service is not for you. Please submit a custom tattoo inquiry instead.

Blind tattoos are also filmed so I can capture the reveal and your genuine reaction to the finished piece. You must be comfortable being recorded during the reveal and potentially having a reaction shared on my social media. If you're not comfortable being filmed, please do not book a blind tattoo.

Design Direction [IMPORTANT]

This is where I will decide what direction to go with your design, so please be as THOROUGH with your responses as you can.

In the box below, please give me a LIST of things occurring in life (ex; nature(plants, animals, insects, beings) and/or your hobbies, that you enjoy and love. Feel free to write as much as you like.

(For example, I would give a list like : I love Insects, especially beetles, arachnids, and centipedes, obscure sea animals like [insert weird fish], skulls and undead creatures, mythology and urban lore, the victorian era, and gothic architecture. I enjoy watching movies, especially harry potter, collecting oddities and drawing)

Blind Tattoo Agreement *

-I understand that I will not be able to see, approve, or alter my tattoo design before or during its completion, and I am comfortable giving Taylin COMPLETE creative control over the design.

Recording Agreement *

-I understand that my blind tattoo reveal and reaction will be recorded, and I am comfortable being filmed and potentially having the footage shared on Taylin's social media.

Style Acknowledgment *

-I understand that my tattoo will be created within Taylin's preferred artistic style, and that submitting this form does not mean that I can expect a style, subject, or aesthetic outside of what she is comfortable creating.

-I understand that my blind tattoo will be created in black and grey only and that I am not booking this service with the expectation of receiving color.

No Design Approval/ Revision Expectations *

-I understand that the blind tattoo service is not intended for clients who need to approve their design beforehand.

-I understand that dissatisfaction with Taylin's artistic direction of the finish tattoo does not entitle me to redesign, refund, or replacement tattoo.

Portfolio Acknowledgment *

-I understand that photographs of my completed tattoo may be taken for Taylin's portfolio and documentation.

Permanence Acknowledgment *

-I understand that tattoos are permanent modifications to the body, and that the appearance of the finished tattoo may change over time due to aging, healing, sun, exposure, and other factors.

Health/ Legal Acknowledgment *

-I am confirming that I am legally permitted to receive a tattoo and will disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect the tattooing process or healing before my appointment.

Policy Agreement *

-I have read and agreed to Taylin's booking policies found in the client guide.
